I got my start in the industry at 16, working at Emerson Supply in Guilford, where I learned the fundamentals of plumbing parts and systems. After earning a degree in business, I entered the trade in 1986, received my plumbing license in 1990, and later earned both an Unlimited Plumbing Contractor License and a Limited Mechanical Heating License. In 2002, I became a co-owner of the company and eventually took on the role of president.
